IT Budget Control Specialist (24479)

Job Description:

• Working closely with the CIO in a key role combining budget management, vendor coordination, and leadership of IT-related financial processes
• Managing and controlling the IT department budget
• Building annual work plans, financial forecasting, cash flow planning, and budget prioritization
• Managing contract and agreement processes with vendors
• Leading commercial negotiations with suppliers
• Providing ongoing financial support to the CIO, acting as a trusted right hand on budgetary

matters

Requirements:

• Experience in budget control and/or budget management within a mid-to-large organization
• Relevant financial or economic background
• Experience building work plans, financial forecasts, prioritization processes, and hiring budget mechanisms
• Experience managing contracts and vendor engagements
• Strong understanding of the IT domain – a significant advantage
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
