Quality Assurance Team Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on QA Team Lead to join our Digital Division and lead end-to-end quality processes across complex systems, including controllers, web platforms, and mobile applications.

This role combines team leadership + hands-on testing, with a strong focus on building scalable QA processes (manual & automation) and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define test plans for new features while working closely with development teams and Digital/Product managers
• Lead and manage an additional Automation Engineer, including task planning and direct management
• Perform and oversee manual and automated testing for controller systems, web platforms, and mobile apps
• Build and implement end-to-end QA processes (manual & automation)
• Manage bug lifecycle: identify, validate, track, and close issues in collaboration with development teams
• Analyze production issues and lead continuous improvement processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA, including at least 2 years in a team lead / management role
• Hands-on experience with manual testing – mandatory
• Experience testing Web & Mobile applications
• Familiarity with automation testing tools – with a strong preference for Cypress
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English
