This is an on-site, full-time role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, for a ראש צוות פיתוח ומוצרי Legal Tech (Hands-on). The position involves leading a team in the design, development, and deployment of innovative Legal Tech solutions, ensuring they address both legal and operational needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing product development, guiding software engineering activities, collaborating with cross-functional legal and technical teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the delivery of user-centered solutions. The role requires hands-on involvement in coding and product architecture design.

• Proficiency in software development, including coding, debugging, and deploying solutions.
• Experience in leading product development and creating technical roadmaps for Legal Tech solutions.
• Strong team leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
• Knowledge of legal contexts and operational requirements within a structured organizational environment.

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in managing development cycles.
