Full Stack Engineer

Their technology stack supports high-frequency data, complex financial instruments, and regulatory compliance at the highest scale.

Located in Tel Aviv, the company operates a hybrid work model (one day per week from home).

Role Overview:

• Joining an elite engineering team to develop and maintain high-performance desktop applications using C# .NET 8 and WPF.
• Designing and implementing complex UI/UX components for data-intensive trading environments using XAML and MVVM.
• Solving deep technical challenges related to asynchronous programming, multithreading, and real-time performance optimization.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced developer tools like GitHub Copilot into the development lifecycle.
• Working in a secure, high-compliance environment to deliver robust software to the world's leading financial institutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+) – Mandatory.
• Proven expertise in WPF, XAML, and MVVM architecture – Mandatory.
• Solid understanding of OOP and advanced software design principles – Mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach and a high attention to detail in UI development.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-standard engineering culture.
