Senior Network Engineer

Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a Network Engineer for a leading organization

Role Description

Manage and maintain enterprise network and security infrastructures in a complex, large-scale environment.

The role includes hands-on responsibility for Firewalls, VPN connectivity, routers, switches, load balancers, and secure network solutions, including work in cloud environments (GCP).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer – mandatory
• Hands-on Layer 2/3 experience with Cisco routers and switches – mandatory
• Experience operating Load Balancers (F5 / Alteon) – mandatory
• Experience with Firewalls (Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortigate) – mandatory
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols: BGP, EIGRP, TCP/IP, HTTP/S, UDP, GRE, IPSEC
• Experience designing and implementing secure enterprise networks
• Experience with remote connectivity solutions (IPSEC / IPVPN / METRO)
