SOC Analyst Tier 2

The Security Operations team is looking for a skilled SOC Analyst Tier 2 to join our growing BLUE TEAM.

This role is a central position within the SOC, responsible for leading advanced investigations, owning escalated incidents, and driving operational excellence.

You will play a critical role in protecting the teams delivering cutting-edge cyber security solutions to customers worldwide, while mentoring analysts and continuously improving SOC processes and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for Tier 1 analysts and manage complex security incidents
• Lead incident investigations end to end, including deep-dive analysis, root cause identification, and containment recommendations
• Review, validate, and prioritize security cases to ensure accurate severity classification and response
• Provide shift leadership during operations and support 24x7 SOC activities as required
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the SOC knowledge base, documentation, and best practices
• Train, mentor, and professionally guide Tier 1 analysts, acting as a cyber role model
  
  

• 2-4 years of experience as a SOC Analyst (Tier 1 / Tier 2)
• Strong analytical thinking, investigation skills, and the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and network protocols
• Strong knowledge of modern security threats and attack techniques (e.g., phishing, malware, ransomware, lateral movement)
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms and security monitoring tools
• Experience investigating security events in cloud environments such as AWS and Azure - advantage
