Alpaca Software, a vendor of all-in-one solution for clinics (CRM, EHR, LIS, PACS, apps) is looking for an implementation specialist. Our target audience - midsize clinics (20+ users), chains, private hospitals.
Key responsibilities
- Discover clinic's flows
- Customize system according to client's needs (with settings, not development)
- Import clinic's data
- Make training
- Follow timeline and deadlines
Key requirements
- Experience in operational healthcare (clinics, medical centers, hospitals) is a MUST. Not research, not trials, not medtech. Better on administrative roles, ideal - clinic manager.
- Fluent Hebrew, professional English
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows
- Structured mindset
Terms
- Hybrid, office in Ramat aHayal
- On-site visits to clients in Israel
- Fix + bonus for delivering implementations on time
