We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist who will work closely with the General Manager and own top-of-funnel execution. This is an execution-first role focused on launching and optimizing campaigns, nurturing leads, and driving measurable business outcomes. You will partner with Sales and technical stakeholders while keeping things pragmatic and results-oriented.
As part of a small team, you’ll wear multiple hats and directly impact growth in a lean environment. This is not a brand awareness role - it is tactical, performance-focused and outcome-driven.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute top-of-funnel lead generation campaigns across PPC, SEO and more – from setup to optimization and performance improvement.
- Monitor pipeline health, conversion metrics, and growth forecasts to inform decision-making.
- Manage and maintain landing pages and lead capture flows using WordPress and other web tools.
- Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot workflows, lead routing, scoring and CRM processes.
- Write clear, conversion-focused copy for campaigns, landing pages, emails and CTAs.
- Monitor campaign performance and support basic analytics to track KPIs.
- Support automations and integrations to streamline lead flow and reduce friction.
- Coordinate project execution and deliverables with internal stakeholders (sales, content, tech).
- Maintain website content and oversee regular updates, fixes and usability improvements.
- Provide clear, actionable growth insights and performance reporting to the CEO and leadership team.
Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years experience in a B2B revenue-focused marketing roles, ideally in cybersecurity/SaaS environments.
- Hands-on experience launching and optimizing digital campaigns (PPC, SEO, and more).
- Strong CRM capability (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
- Practical understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, lead generation and funnel conversion.
- Solid copywriting skills with the ability to create clear, persuasive copy for campaigns.
- Experience managing basic WordPress site updates and web flows.
- Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable reporting on growth metrics and ROI
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously in a hybrid environment
- Proactive, self-driven and able to work in a small, fast-paced team with minimal supervision.
- Confident partnering with operational leaders and influencing outcomes
- Fluent English and Hebrew (verbal and written).
