A successful growing technology company is seeking an experienced Analog Design Engineer for a hands-on technical role within an R&D team developing advanced analog and mixed-signal solutions.

This is a non-managerial position, suited for an engineer who enjoys deep technical work — simulations, validation, and close collaboration with digital and system teams.

📍 Offices in the Sharon area | Hybrid work model

Responsibilities:

Design, simulate, and validate analog and mixed-signal circuits
Run extensive simulations (corner, Monte Carlo, reliability) using Cadence tools
Support mixed-signal verification flows, including writing basic Verilog /Verilog-AMS around analog blocks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on block integration and design debug
Support silicon bring-up and post-silicon analysis
Document designs, assumptions, and simulation results

Qualifications:

BSc / MSc in Electrical Engineering or related field
5–8 years of hands-on experience in analog or mixed-signal design
Strong knowledge of analog fundamentals and simulation methodologies
Proven experience with Cadence Virtuoso / Spectre
Ability to independently run simulations and analyses
Comfortable working in a hybrid / remote (HO) model

Advantage:

Experience with CMOS technologies (90nm–16nm)
xposure to mixed-signal environments
Basic Verilog / Verilog-AMS experience
Understanding of layout and silicon validation processes
