Senior SIEM Engineer

We are looking for a Senior SIEM Engineer with strong Elastic Stack experience to join a data-driven security project.

The role starts as a project spanning several months, with opportunity to transition into a full-time role.

Immediate availability is required.

Role Overview

This role focuses on security monitoring, detection, and alerting, with a strong emphasis on Elastic-based data analysis rather than classic SOC operations. The position requires a hands-on, independent professional with a strong security and data mindset.

Responsibilities

• Work with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana) in large-scale data environments
• Design, write, and implement SIEM detection rules and alerts
• Monitor, identify, and investigate security events
• Build and optimize Elasticsearch queries for security use cases
• Contribute to security detection and monitoring processes
• Collaborate closely with team members in a remote environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security, SIEM Engineering, Security Engineering, or Security Data roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Elasticsearch / Elastic Stack
• Proven experience working with SIEM platforms, including detection engineering, alerting, and monitoring
• Solid background in Information Security and security event analysis
• Strong analytical, data-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take full ownership
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
