Financial Controller

A global public company is seeking a Financial Controller for a key role within the Finance department. This is a hands-on position with broad responsibility across group-level financial reporting, subsidiaries, compliance, and accounting policy.

Location: Central Israel | Hybrid Work Model

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead group-level financial close processes (quarterly & annual)
• Responsibility for consolidated financial statements and group P&L
• Own SOX / ISOX compliance and support external audits
• Oversee consolidations and financial reporting across subsidiaries
• Monitor budgets, overheads, and financial performance vs. plan
• Define and implement group-wide accounting and tax policies
• Act as a key financial partner to global subsidiaries

Job requirements

• CPA with experience from one of the Big 4 accounting firms – mandatory
• 2–3 years of experience in a controller / finance role
• Proven experience in a global company – mandatory
• Strong experience with consolidated financial statements – mandatory
• Solid understanding of P&L management at group level
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
• High-level English (written and spoken) – mandatory
• Experience with Priority ERP – advantage
• Experience in a public company – strong advantage
