A global public company is seeking a Financial Controller for a key role within the Finance department. This is a hands-on position with broad responsibility across group-level financial reporting, subsidiaries, compliance, and accounting policy.
Location: Central Israel | Hybrid Work Model
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead group-level financial close processes (quarterly & annual)
- Responsibility for consolidated financial statements and group P&L
- Own SOX / ISOX compliance and support external audits
- Oversee consolidations and financial reporting across subsidiaries
- Monitor budgets, overheads, and financial performance vs. plan
- Define and implement group-wide accounting and tax policies
- Act as a key financial partner to global subsidiaries
Job requirements
- CPA with experience from one of the Big 4 accounting firms – mandatory
- 2–3 years of experience in a controller / finance role
- Proven experience in a global company – mandatory
- Strong experience with consolidated financial statements – mandatory
- Solid understanding of P&L management at group level
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
- High-level English (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Experience with Priority ERP – advantage
- Experience in a public company – strong advantage
