Verification Engineer

A well-established global technology company specializing in the design and manufacture of ruggedized computing systems for the Defense, Aerospace, and Space industries. The firm develops high-performance systems integrated with microprocessors, high-end graphics, and complex analog/digital circuitry, built to withstand extreme environments.

Located in Central Israel (conveniently accessible via major transport hubs), the role is based in the company's offices to facilitate hands-on work with specialized hardware.

Role Overview:

• Joining the Validation & Integration Department, focusing on real-time systems, board-level testing, and full-system integration.
• Performing comprehensive validation to ensure hardware meets rigorous specifications, international standards, and complex client requirements.
• Validating high-speed interfaces and protocols, including PCI Express, Ethernet, USB, and SATA.
• Debugging and analyzing boards using high-end electronic test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, and Protocol Analyzers.
• Collaborating with Design and Production teams to identify hardware anomalies and verify systemic performance.
• Reading and interpreting complex electrical schematics and technical design documents.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Hardware/Software Validation or Board-level testing – Mandatory.
• Deep technical knowledge of CPU architectures and microprocessing systems – Mandatory.
• Proven experience with high-speed interfaces (e.g., PCIe, Ethernet, SATA) – Mandatory.
• Hands-on proficiency with lab equipment (Oscilloscopes, Signal/Spectrum Analyzers) – Mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to read and analyze electrical schematics – Mandatory.
• Good command of Technical English (Reading and Writing) – Mandatory.
• Experience in Test Automation or script writing (Python/Bash/etc.) – A significant advantage.
• Previous experience in the Defense, Aerospace, or Ruggedized electronics sectors – A plus.
