At UNIT (www.unitai.co), we are launching a revolutionary Physical AI product: a global fleet of intelligent robots redefining logistics. We are seeking an extraordinary engineer to serve as a core technical leader, bridging the gap between high-performance backend architecture and complex robotic algorithms.

What You Will Own:

• Low-Latency Control & Algorithms: Design and implement real-time coordination systems and motion-planning algorithms for thousands of autonomous robots.
• Massive Data Infrastructure: Architect high-volume pipelines to process and act upon real-time telemetry data.
• Scalable Cloud Architecture: Build resilient, globally distributed systems that govern software-to-hardware interaction at scale.

Qualifications (Must-Haves):

• Core Expertise: Mastery of C# .NET Core, Python, or Java.
• High-Performance Backend: 5+ years of experience developing low-latency, high-concurrency systems (e.g., FinTech, Gaming, or IoT).
• Algorithm & Systems Design: Proven ability to design complex algorithms and manage software-hardware integration.
• Data Mastery: Strong proficiency in SQL/RDBMS and NoSQL (e.g., Redis).
• Cloud & AI Tools: Practical experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and modern AI dev workflows (Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot).
• Innovative Troubleshooter: Exceptional analytical skills to diagnose issues in production and propose "out-of-the-box" technical solutions.

Bonus Points:

• Algorithmic Leadership: Hands-on experience designing and scaling Multi-Agent Path Finding (MAPF) and coordination algorithms in real-world systems.
• Optimization at Scale: Deep expertise in task allocation, combinatorial optimization, and large-scale decision-making under constraints.
• Technical Context: Background in Robotics, Motion Control, Linux, AI/ML deployment, or LLMs.
