Ravona is seeking a full-time Electrical Engineer to join our team in Modiin-Maccabim-Reut.

In this role, you will design and develop electrical systems for advanced pharmaceutical and bioprocess equipment, with strong emphasis on work in SolidWorks Electrical (2D & 3D). You will be responsible for power distribution design, electrical schematics, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards typical of regulated industries.

The position requires close collaboration with mechanical engineering, production, and automation teams, as well as hands-on troubleshooting and continuous product improvement.

• Design electrical schematics using SolidWorks Electrical 2D
• Develop 3D electrical routing and cabinet layouts using SolidWorks Electrical 3D
• Prepare wiring diagrams and electrical documentation
• Support electrical cabinet design and system integration
• Plan and analyze power distribution systems
• Troubleshoot electrical and control systems
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and production teams
• Support continuous improvement and product innovation

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related field — required
• Very strong proficiency in SolidWorks Electrical (2D & 3D) — mandatory
• Strong background in electrical design and power systems
• Experience with pharmaceutical or regulated equipment — an advantage
• Knowledge of GMP environments — advantage
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Fluent in reading and writing in English — mandatory
