Final Test Engineer

A successful Defense Technology firm specializing in the design and manufacture of innovative, multi-disciplinary RF and Microwave assemblies. The company’s solutions are integrated into high-precision military and civilian systems worldwide.

With a team of approximately 200 employees, the company maintains advanced production and R&D facilities, focusing on high-reliability hardware for mission-critical applications.

Located in the Central/Sharon region (conveniently accessible via Highway 6), the role is based at the company's production and engineering center.

Role Overview:

• Leading the NPI (New Product Introduction) process, overseeing the transition of complex assemblies from R&D to full-scale production.
• Conducting rigorous testing and validation of RF/Microwave components, modules, and full systems.
• Performing deep-dive root cause analysis and troubleshooting for technical anomalies in high-frequency hardware.
• Ensuring all products meet strict performance specifications and defense-grade quality standards.
• Collaborating with design engineers to optimize testing procedures and improve manufacturing yield.

Requirements:

• Practical Engineer certification in Electronics – Mandatory.
• 3 years of professional experience in Final Testing or Integration (Engineering/Practical Engineering level) – Mandatory.
• Proficiency with standard electronic test equipment – Mandatory.
• Expert-level hands-on experience with RF-specific test equipment (e.g., Network Analyzers, Signal Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators) – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in RF testing and calibration – Significant Advantage.
• Strong technical diagnostic skills and the ability to interpret complex electrical schematics.
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail, suitable for defense-sector standards.
