Innocom, the leading distributor in Israel, is looking for a Network Engineer to join our local Citrix Israel team.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in proactive delivery, spots performance issues, and analyzes problems in Citrix Networking and Security Products
- Provide technical solution, support, and assessment to meet customer/partner needs
- Understands customer/partner requirements for successful project delivery
- Bridge communications between Customer/Partner andthe Citrix support team
Requirements:
- Knowledge in On-prem and Cloud secured access: VPN / Zero Trust / SASE / Proxy / Reverse Proxy / Firewalls
- Knowledge of networking technologies layers
- High level of customer service skills
- Good communication capabilities
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience
- Security clearance - an advantage
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new products and updates
- Team Player and a high level of customer service skills
- English – high level
- Knowledge in ADC world (NetScaler/F5/A10/Radware)-An advantage
