This is a full-time role for a ServiceNow Implementor at ONE Technologies. The role is hybrid, primarily based in Israel, with the flexibility to partially work from home. The ServiceNow Implementor will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions to meet client requirements. Core responsibilities include system integration, workflow development, process automation, and supporting the continuous improvement of ServiceNow applications. The role also involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and implementation
• Skills in workflow development, process automation, and system integration
• Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or similar domains
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, or similar technologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Excellent communication abilities and collaborative approach within cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in consulting or delivering technology solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
