Controller – Public Biotech Company (NASDAQ & TASE listed, Modi’in)

A publicly traded biopharmaceutical company listed on NASDAQ and TASE is looking for a Controller to join its finance team.

This role is ideal for a CPA who has completed a first Controller/Assistant Controller position and gained hands-on experience in a publicly traded company, and is ready to take the next step.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements

Managing audits and external advisors (auditors, tax)

Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls

Managing compensation processes (payroll, equity, benefits)

Managing a bookkeeper and day-to-day finance operations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA with at least 4 years of post-internship experience

Strong financial reporting and internal controls background

Thorough understanding of local and international financial regulations, tax compliance requirements, and auditing processes

Experience in a publicly traded company (NASDAQ reporting experience – strong advantage)

Strong interpersonal, communication, and team management abilities

Excellent written and spoken English

Hands-on, detail-oriented, business-oriented mindset

Prior experience in a similar Controller role or financial leadership position is highly desirable
