Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kibutz Nachsholim, for a Development Engineer at Tefen. The role involves designing and developing innovative technologies, creating prototypes, and performing testing to ensure product performance and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities also include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, optimizing existing products, and contributing to the continual improvement of the company's product line in flow and dosing technologies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in mechanical design, product development, and prototype creation
• Knowledge of plastic injection design, engineering standards, and production techniques
• Familiarity with SolidWorks CAD software and technical design tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Teamwork and communication skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration
• Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in manufacturing environments or water technologies is beneficial
