DevOps Engineer

We’re an Azure-focused Cloud/Platform Engineering & DevOps team with also AWS hands-on exposure, sitting at a critical junction in the organization’s cloud journey - owning infrastructure at scale and enabling product teams to ship safely, fast, and reliably. Our environment is Kubernetes-first, built around GitOps with ArgoCD, and modern infrastructure management using Crossplane (compositions/providers) and Infrastructure-as-Code practices. We operate with strong observability standards - metrics, dashboards, logs, alerting/on-call - using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenSearch. If you love distributed systems, automation, platform engineering, and pushing state-of-the-art tooling into production, this is where you’ll have real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of complex, diverse, large scale software delivery systems.
• Monitor, examine and remediate loosen parts in all product aspects that affects the overall performance.
• Research and integrate new technologies into our stack.
• Automate everything. From enormous continuous integration, deployment and delivery pipelines, to small but life changing utilities that will increase R&D velocity and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a DevOps Engineer.
• Experience working with live production systems (monitoring and alerting), SaaS services and web applications.
• Experience with Azure.
• Proven experience with Linux environment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies, using relevant tools (e.g. GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub).
• Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD) and Crossplane.
• Experience with developing and troubleshooting issues in distributed systems
• Hands on experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with AI MCP usage and implementation
• Network Security background - Advantage.
• Independent, autodidact, excellent problem solver and passionate to working with other engineers.
• Team player, proven experience cooperating with other engineers.
