The company’s technology processes data at a massive scale (Peta-Byte level) to predict user intent in real-time, helping global apps optimize their reach.

Located in the Central District (ideally situated near the train station), the company operates a hybrid work model (2 days remote).

Role Overview:

• Leading the establishment of a brand-new Data Engineering team, starting as 100% Hands-on and scaling to manage a team of developers.
• Working at the heart of the product, collaborating closely with Data Science teams to serve critical algorithmic models in production.
• Architecting and building end-to-end, complex data solutions from scratch—both the logical infrastructure and the team itself.
• Solving high-scale data challenges within live, high-throughput production systems.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Big Data Engineering – Mandatory.
• 1+ years of experience in Team Leadership or Technical Leading – Mandatory.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Spark (PySpark) and Python – Mandatory.
• Experience working with massive data scales (Multi-Terabyte/Petabyte) in Production environments.
• Proven experience with modern data stacks: Airflow, DBT, or Iceberg – Highly preferred.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Engineering OR graduate of an elite military technological unit – Mandatory.
• A "Builder" mindset with the ability to lead technical vision and execute hands-on from day one.
