A well-established and profitable Fintech company that develops a comprehensive B2B2C platform for small business management and freelancers. The organization consists of hundreds of employees and operates a stable, innovation-driven technological environment.

This role is within the company’s AI unit, which focuses on integrating advanced intelligence into core product offerings.

Located in Central Tel Aviv (prime access to public transport), operating in a hybrid work model (2 days remote).

Role Overview:

Joining a specialized AI initiatives team as a Senior Full Stack Developer.
Developing high-scale features with a 50/50 split between Frontend and Backend.
Backend development focuses primarily on Ruby on Rails, with additional work in Node.js and Go.
Frontend development is centered on React, building sophisticated and intuitive user interfaces.
Working in a fast-paced R&D environment to deliver AI-powered financial tools to millions of users.

Requirements:

6+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development – Mandatory.
Proven experience in Backend development with at least one of the following: Ruby, Go, Node.js, or Python – Mandatory.
Strong hands-on experience with React – Mandatory.
B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related technical field from a leading academic institution – Mandatory.
Significant experience from a successful SaaS company or a high-growth startup – Mandatory.
Ability to lead complex features end-to-end, from architectural design to production.
