A challenging executive role involving the formulation and execution of a long-term business strategy and identifying new market opportunities. Leading business development, cultivating strategic relationships with issuers and institutional investors.
Managing P&L, the company budget, and cash flow, while optimizing operational processes to meet financial targets.
Leading underwriting teams and fostering a culture of excellence.
Ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Analyzing market trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Law
Master's degree – An advantage
Minimum of 7 years of practical experience in investment banking / underwriting – Mandatory
Proven experience in managing and leading professional teams – Mandatory Experience in accompanying IPOs of American companies in Israel – Significant advantage
Deep familiarity with the Israeli and global capital markets
Exceptional analytical capabilities, negotiation skills, and presentation skills to boards and investors
Native-level business English – Mandatory
