Business Development Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead international business development activities and identify strategic opportunities across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end business development processes and identify potential collaborations between technology companies and relevant partners across international markets.

• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify new business opportunities within the Cyber, Defense, and Homeland Security (HLS) sectors.

• Work with diverse information sources to map market opportunities and build targeted outreach strategies.

• Prepare commercial materials, partner profiles, and curated target lists.

• Support sales and BD activities, including outreach, meeting coordination, and relationship building.

• Monitor competitors, assess market dynamics, and evaluate business potential for events and international delegations.

• Support and accompany companies during international business delegations and meetings abroad.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and research skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to work with databases, market intelligence tools, and research platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills, independence, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High-level English proficiency – mandatory.
• Background or strong familiarity with Cyber, Defense, or advanced technology sectors – mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes.
• Full-time position based in our Herzliya office (on-site, not hybrid).
• Availability for international travel.
