Position Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially driven Business Development & Data Analyst to join our performance marketing team. This role combines business development responsibilities with data analysis to optimize partner performance, improve deal structures, and drive growth through data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate understands performance marketing models, conversion metrics, and partner relationships, and can translate data into actionable business opportunities.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Manage relationships and hold regular meetings with existing partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve partnerships, deal structures, and performance outcomes.
- Proactively reach out to and onboard new partners.
- Understand partners’ goals, KPIs, and business objectives.
Data Analysis & Performance Optimization
- Analyze performance marketing data and campaign results.
- Monitor and evaluate performance against partner and brand targets.
- Generate insights on traffic quality, conversion rates, and lead performance.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve deal economics and performance.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization based on data.
Performance & Strategy
- Develop a strong understanding of performance marketing models (CPL, CPA, Rev Share, etc.).
- Track and evaluate conversion funnels and key performance metrics.
- Support decision-making through analytical insights and reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve traffic quality and partner performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Understanding of performance marketing concepts and conversion metrics.
- Business-oriented mindset with strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to present data insights clearly to partners and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
