Software Engineer

The company is already collaborating with strategic design partners and is scaling its foundational R&D team.

Located in Tel Aviv (prime access to the train station), the company maintains an innovative and high-velocity engineering culture.

Role Overview:

• Joining the Core Engineering team to architect and develop mission-critical distributed systems from the ground up.
• Designing high-scale backend architectures on AWS, focusing on robustness, scalability, and performance.
• Implementing Event-Driven architectures and Microservices to support real-time data processing and GenAI integration.
• Taking full ownership of the product lifecycle: from high-level design to production-grade deployment in a Big Data environment.
• Developing foundational infrastructure to support complex data-heavy workflows and autonomous financial automation.
• Mentoring peers and contributing to an elite technical culture through code reviews and architectural leadership.

Requirements:

• 5 years of professional experience in Backend Development – Mandatory.
• Deep proficiency in Java or Scala – Mandatory.
• Proven experience building and scaling systems in a Cloud (AWS) environment – Mandatory.
• Significant experience with Data architectures, including SQL and NoSQL databases – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices and high-scale distributed systems – Mandatory.
• Background in Fintech, Big Data, or high-performance SaaS platforms – Highly Advantageous.
• Familiarity with Kafka, containerization (Docker/K8s), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong architectural design skills and the ability to solve complex technical challenges independently.
