Located in Tel Aviv (prime access to the train station), the company operates a hybrid work model (two days per week from home).

Role Overview:

• Joining an elite Backend engineering team responsible for developing high-performance, Large-Scale security systems.
• Designing and implementing complex server-side logic and robust data architectures.
• Working extensively with Python to build mission-critical features that monitor and protect industrial infrastructures in real-time.
• Optimizing and managing large-scale SQL databases to handle high-concurrency data flows.
• Collaborating with cross-functional R&D teams to solve deep architectural challenges in a distributed environment.

Requirements:

• 6 years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer – Mandatory.
• 3 years of hands-on development in Python, with Python being the primary language in your most recent role – Mandatory.
• Deep proficiency in SQL and Database Design at scale – Mandatory.
• Significant experience in building and scaling complex, high-traffic systems.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and distributed architectures.
• Background in Cyber Security or Industrial Systems (OT) – A significant advantage.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
