This is a full-time on-site position for an International Post-Doctorate in Optics or ML/AI based at the Holon Institute of Technology in Israel. The role involves conducting advanced research in the fields of Optics or Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence, publishing findings in leading academic journals and conferences, and potentially contributing to the institute's academic programs. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to advance innovative technologies is a key aspect of the position.

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to solve complex problems in optics or ML/AI research.
• Excellent Communication skills for effectively presenting research and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in fields such as Finance or other funding-related functions is advantageous for managing research grants and funding proposals.
• Background in Customer Service and Sales is beneficial for engaging with stakeholders and promoting research outputs.
• Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Optics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven record of research publications in peer-reviewed journals or conferences.
• Ability to work on-site in Israel and contribute to the academic and research community at HIT.
