Role: Project Manager – EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)

Job Location: Haifa / Nazareth – Israel (Onsite Only)

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will lead and manage greenfield implementation and maintenance of

EAM solutions. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project

milestones are met, and optimizing the use of EAM systems to enhance asset management

and operational efficiency.

Job Description:

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for MMIS implementation.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Oversee all phases of project management from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executive management.
• Lead and mentor a team of EAM developers, analysts, and consultants.
• Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for specialized expertise.
• Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems and data sources.
• Analyze current asset management processes and identify improvement opportunities using EAM.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and administrators.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including requirements, designs, test plans, and user manuals.

Additional advantage: Experience with IBM Maximo EAM product.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• 8–12 years of experience with Asset Management solutions such as IBM Maximo, Oracle, or other EAM systems.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification preferred.
• Mandatory proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Hebrew.
• Experience with EAM products such as Maximo Application Suite (MAS), Oracle EAM is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with EAM modules and integrations (Rail/Metro domain preferred).
• Strong project management background delivering complex projects successfully.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and risk management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure including cloud, networks, servers, and cybersecurity
