Sentrycs is developing and bringing to market a technology-leading counter-drone solution designed to protect urban environments. Our platform automatically detects, tracks, takes over, and safely lands unauthorized commercial drones in a designated zone.
We are seeking a Partner Program Manager to design, launch, and scale our global partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for building structured partner programs that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic leverage across channels including system integrators, OEMs, resellers, technology partners, and strategic alliances.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented—able to define partner strategy, create scalable frameworks, and work cross-functionally to ensure partners are enabled, motivated, and successful.
Responsibilities:
Partner Program Strategy & Design
- Define and own the global partner program strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Design partner models (reseller, distributor, OEM, SI, technology, strategic) including tiers, incentives, certification, and governance
- Develop partner value propositions, onboarding flows, and enablement frameworks
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value partners in priority regions and verticals
- Build and manage partner onboarding, training, and certification programs
- Create partner-facing assets including playbooks, sales tools, and program documentation
- Define KPIs to track partner performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Manage partner lifecycle: onboarding → activation → growth → renewal
- Drive quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key partners
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure partner alignment
- Coordinate joint go-to-market activities, co-selling motions, and marketing initiatives
- Support deal structuring, partner agreements, and commercial frameworks
- Continuously optimize partner incentives, tools, and processes to improve effectiveness
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the partner ecosystem and propose improvements
- Support expansion into new markets and customer segments through partnerships
- 4 years of experience in partner management, channel programs, or strategic alliances
- Proven experience building or scaling partner programs in B2B technology environments
- Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner economics
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
- Experience in defence, aerospace, telecom, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS
- Global partner experience (EMEA, North America, APAC)
- Familiarity with complex enterprise or government customers
- Experience working with OEMs, system integrators, or distributors
