We are seeking an experienced Information Security & Network Team Leader to join a leading organization.

Job Description:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4 information security and network professionals
• Define team goals, monitor performance, and drive employees to achieve personal and professional targets
• Plan, manage, and oversee work plans and ongoing operational activities
• Lead innovative information security and network projects across the organization
• Implement infrastructure and security projects, including monitoring and mitigation of security exposures and threats
• Manage the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of information security and network solutions

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience managing an information security and network team
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in information systems and network environments
• Proven experience in designing, operating, and maintaining network and information security infrastructures
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:
• Cisco networking solutions
• Firewalls: Fortinet, Check Point
• Load Balancers: F5
