A growing high-tech manufacturing company is seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering projects from planning through delivery. The company develops and manufactures innovative testing solutions for electric motors for global markets.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end project management
- Coordination of internal and external resources
- Customer and stakeholder engagement
- Procurement, subcontractors, FAT, and commissioning management
- Schedule, budget, and quality control
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in engineering project management
- Experience with multidisciplinary projects (mechanical/electronics/software)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience in electric motors, automation, electrical, or automotive industries – an advantage
- Fluent Hebrew and English
