Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a System Administrator & Network Team Lead at Impact Networks Group.

The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing system administration tasks, providing high technical support, troubleshooting issues, and leading a team of IT professionals. Additionally, the role involves managing Microsoft envoirments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Exchange
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Relevant certifications in IT or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in network security, with at least 2-4 years in a leadership role.
• At least 4+ years of proven experience in a System Administration position.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, Switches, AP, Wireless configuration, and other security technologies.
• Experience in networking- install\maintain network components like switches, Wi-Fi equipment, and firewalls - advantage Forti\Checkpoint\Aruba\Meraki\Paloalto.
• Experience with a Cloud environment, build, maintenance, and support - advantage AWS\GCP.
• Experience managing Backup\DR systems.
• Experience with SasS applications such as – EDR, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.
• Experience managing, securing, and maintaining Windows\Linux servers.
• Knowledge and experience with monitoring SaaS applications.
• Experience with Device management systems such as Jamf and Intune.
• Proven Experience with scripting and automation workflows - Advantage Workato
• Multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in end-to-end project management on a large scale / cross-company
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure during incidents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with other departments.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in Hebrew and English

Leadership & Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network and systems professionals.
• Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and evaluate team performance.
• Be 30% hands-on and 70% management.
• Collaborate with IT management to align security initiatives with business goals.
• Work together with client CISO's , CIO's - Security teams on different projects and systems.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate documentation of network security architecture, policies, and procedures followed by security teams.
• Provide recommendations for improving network infrastructure based on analysis and trends.
