Pixel Pie is an up-and-coming mobile game studio based in Netanya, founded by industry veterans and backed by leading gaming companies and investors. We're working on a new mobile title built around a massively popular casual mechanic with a multiplayer twist — and we’re looking for a sharp and collaborative Senior Game Economy Manager to join our team.

As a Senior Game Economy Manager, you will take ownership of complex economic systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and directly influence player experience and revenue.

The Game Economy is one of the core domains of our game and is critical to our success. 

What You’ll Do

• Design and balance of advanced multi-layer economic systems to ensure long-term sustainability.
• Define and own pricing strategy for in-game goods and currencies, maintaining a healthy balance between free and paid progression.
• Managing and optimizing the in-game store and promotions to increase revenue.
• Designing, building, and monitoring new features and economy systems from scratch, and implementing them end-to-end in the game.
• Analyze player behavior, progression and monetization patterns to identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention and LTV.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, Analytics and Backend teams to align strategy and execution.

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in game operations within the gaming industry.
• Proven track record of designing, balancing, and optimizing in-game economies at scale.
• BA/BSc degree in Economics/Mathematics/Statistics/Engineering or a quantitative field.
• Expert level Excel and sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills — able to coordinate across teams and disciplines.
• English proficiency both spoken and written.

Nice to Have

• Led or heavily influenced the economy of a large live game.
• Experience mentoring analysts or economy designers.
• Strong skills in advanced modeling and data science.
