Project Manager & System Analyst

Comblack is recruiting a Project Manager & Systems Analyst (GenAI & Web) !

The role involves leading complex, end-to-end technology projects in the digital and data domains, defining business processes in cloud and on-premises environments, and managing multiple interfaces with clinical, technological, and research stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

• At least 4 years of experience managing complex IT projects (including roadmap planning, budget management, risk assessment, and milestones).
• Significant experience in systems analysis and writing business and technical specification documents for web-based systems.
• Hands-on experience working with LLM models and GenAI tools, including prompt engineering and familiarity with RAG and agent-based architectures.
• Proficiency in MS SQL, including writing complex queries, and familiarity with project management tools (Monday / DevOps).
• A strong advantage for experience with cloud services (Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex AI) and work in the public sector and/or healthcare.
