This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in New York, NY. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their funding needs, and providing tailored solutions in line with Tiger Capital's offerings. Day-to-day tasks include managing leads, establishing relationships with small business owners, guiding clients through the funding process, and achieving targeted sales goals. The role also involves ensuring client satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining ongoing communication.

• Sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with diverse business clients
• Problem-solving skills to identify client needs and recommend customized funding solutions
• Organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple leads and tasks efficiently
• Proficient in CRM tools and basic computer applications
• Previous experience in financial services or B2B sales is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is advantageous
