Professional Services Team Lead

We’re looking for a hands-on leader to guide a high-performing Salesforce engineering squad and deliver scalable solutions across Sales, Service & Experience Cloud.

What you’ll do

• Lead & mentor engineers; run Scrum ceremonies and drive outcomes

• Own multi-workstream delivery with quality, performance & security in mind

• Translate requirements into robust designs; be hands-on with Apex, LWC & Flows

• Set code/review/testing standards and platform guardrails

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations & IT to move KPIs and improve UX

• Manage releases with modern DevOps (branching, CI/CD, automation)

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of Salesforce development and 2+ years leading teams

• Advanced Apex, LWC, and declarative tools; strong data model, limits & security

• Experience across Sales, Service & Experience Cloud

• Solid integration patterns (REST/SOAP, platform events) and error handling

• Clear communication with technical & non‑technical stakeholders

• Fluent English (Hebrew a plus)

Nice to have

• Experience leading squads in Agile Scrum - running ceremonies, shaping sprint goals, partnering with Product Owners, and coaching engineers on agile delivery.

• Background with DevOps tooling (Git, Azure DevOps/Jenkins, Gearset) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with Experience Cloud portals, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, or Omni Channel.

• Test-driven development with Apex tests, Jest for LWC, and end-to-end automation.

• Exposure to data migration (Data Loader, ETL) and release governance (change sets, pipelines).

• Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner) are a plus.

Preferred certifications: Administrator, App Builder, Platform Developer I/II

Location & hours: Remote. For collaboration, we’re prioritizing candidates in Israel or those who can work Israel Standard Time hours.
