NetSuite Financial Implementer

Natural Intelligence, a global leader in performance marketing, is looking for a talented NetSuite Financial Implementer to join us on our mission to simplify decision-making for millions!

What You'll Do

The team is responsible for defining, implementing, and supporting the company’s information systems, such as Salesforce, NetSuite, HiBob, API systems, and more. You will work closely with all departments, such as Finance, HR, business units, analytics, product, dev, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Be in charge mainly of financial information systems and more.
• Manage projects end-to-end: specifications, development, implementation, delivery, and support (O2C).
• Work closely with the Finance department.
• Manage third-party implementers and developers.
• Manage and support financial systems and applications, including but not limited to: expense reimbursements, procurement, billing, and banking platforms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related activities, including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Lead the full lifecycle of financial systems projects, including design, discovery, planning, and implementation (O2C).
• Collaborate closely with Finance and IT teams to ensure financial tools and processes meet evolving business needs.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a NetSuite Implementer/Consultant – Must.
• CPA – Advantage.
• Relevant academic degree, B.Sc./B.A. preferred (Information Systems/ Industrial Engineering/ Accounting/ Economics, etc.) – Must.
• Ability to build workflows, scripts, and SuiteQL queries – Must.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Excellent technical and execution skills.
• Excellent English, both verbal and written.
• Hands-on experience with Make or other integration tools – Advantage.
• Experience with Hilan, Salesforce, billing systems, or HR systems – Advantage.
• Experience in SQL/APIs/JS – Advantage.
• Experience at an internet/online company – Advantage.
