Junior FP&A Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Take end to end ownership of analyses, reports, and financial deliverables
• Create periodic financial reports and management presentations for senior leadership
• Analyze multiple datasets to identify trends, variances, and key business drivers
• Provide clear insights and data driven recommendations to relevant teams
• Perform revenue and cost analysis to support business decision making
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and pricing activities
• Create dashboards, define and evaluate KPIs, and optimize existing files and reports to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Use Salesforce extensively for data extraction and performance tracking
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Accounting teams to share insights and identify opportunities to improve profitability
• Support strategic projects and ad-hoc analyses

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive, motivated, problem solving mindset with strong ownership
