A leading company located in Karmiel is looking for a Head of Information Systems (IT Manager) to lead the organization’s technology strategy, manage a professional team, and oversee complex cross‑organizational projects.

What does the role include?

Driving the organizational IT strategy, designing system architecture and system integrations, managing complex technology projects, overseeing vendors and budgets, leading the IT/IS team, and taking responsibility for infrastructure, cybersecurity, and core business system.

Key Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar IT leadership role

- Strong experience managing complex IT/IS environments

- Background in leading major technology projects

- Familiarity with ERP systems (PRIORITY)

- Solid understanding of cybersecurity, infrastructure, and integrations

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
