Payments & Treasury Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Payments & Treasury Operations Specialist to join our Finance team.

This role is responsible for managing the company’s payment operations, banking activities, and daily cash management. The position requires strong banking orientation, operational ownership, and close collaboration with Accounting, Treasury, and external financial partners.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute domestic and international payments to suppliers, financial institutions, and group companies.
• Prepare and run regular payment cycles, including weekly and bi-monthly payment batches.
• Work with banks on daily operations, credit facilities, and ensure compliance for LOC issuance.
• Operate and manage multiple payment methods and systems, including Masav, Zahav, SWIFT, ACH, and Wires.
• Prepare supplier invoices and AP aging/payment reports using PayEm, Tipalti, and NetSuite.
• Monitor cash balances, perform bank reconciliations, and support cash flow reporting and management reports.
• Handle tax payments and payroll-related payments from an operational perspective.
• Maintain strict control over banking authorizations and signature rights.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, Controllers, and external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in Israel, US and the UK, including withholding tax, banking requirements, tax forms filing, etc.
• Work in a high-responsibility, multi-interface environment with strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Certified Bookkeeper – advantage.
• Proven experience in payment operations, banking, treasury, or financial operations.
• Strong understanding and proven experience with accounts payable, banking, and treasury processes.
• Experience working with NetSuite - a must.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with payment platforms such as PayEm / Tipalti- an advantage.
• Experience in an international/global company.
• Strong written English - required.
