Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team and lead customer-focused quality activities.

The role includes close collaboration with customers, internal teams, and global territories, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer complaints and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Manage installation status and quality-related customer processes
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback
• Complete customer quality questionnaires and documentation
• Provide quality support to global territories
• Work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to identify and resolve recurring issues
• Lead customer-oriented quality improvement processes
• Monitor and manage quality KPIs
• Lead and represent the company in customer audits and assessments
• Support continuous improvement and quality excellence initiatives

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer
• B.Sc. in Quality Engineering / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
• Practical Engineer in relevant fields – will be considered in cases of significant relevant experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• CQE certification – advantage
• Internal / Lead Auditor certification – advantage
• Familiarity with SEMI standards – advantage
• Knowledge of electrical product regulations (RoHS, REACH, CE, etc.) – advantage
• High-level technical English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, professional, and presentable demeanor
• High attention to detail, assertiveness, and strong teamwork abilities
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and willing to work overtime when required
