Position Objective

Management and optimization of the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring material availability for

continuous production in the company's facilities locally and globally, while balancing inventory

levels and meeting customer requirements.

Core Responsibilities

• Materials & Production Planning (MRP): Planning all materials purchasing (MRP) to ensure materials are available for Production, Quality Control, Sub-contractor; planning of activities (MRP) at: Clean room production, Quality control, Pre-production, Warehouse & QA; to ensure meeting the required demand (Forecast) & efficient working activity (efficiency & Cost).
• Prioritization & Troubleshooting: Prioritization and troubleshooting when unexpected cases arise, including analysis and prioritization of demand for external sub-contractors/suppliers.
• Bill of Materials (BOM) Maintenance: Management and control over Bill of Materials (BOM) within the ERP system, including logistics data optimization (lead times, batch size, safety stock) and implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECO).
• Inventory Analysis & Optimization: Monitoring inventory levels (raw materials, WIP, and finished goods), identifying slow-moving or "dead" stock, and taking actions to reduce excess.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Close cooperation with purchasing, production, engineering, and quality departments to remove bottlenecks in the supply chain.
• Resources & Facility Long-Term Planning: Participate in analyses of ramp-up and changes.

Key Work Processes

• Forecast to Plan: Translating global sales forecasts into an executable production and procurement plan.
• Shortage Management: Early identification of potential shortages and execution of preventative actions (Expedite) with suppliers and purchasing.
• Inventory Review: Conducting periodic meetings to review inventory levels and deviations against company goals.

Education and Relevant Experience

• Education: B.Sc in Industrial engineering or equivalent degree – Mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in planning (MRP) positions. Significant advantage for experience in medical device field.
• Systems: Experience with the Priority ERP system is mandatory (experience with product configuration, industrial environment, logistics considerations).
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Languages: English - full proficiency.
