Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relations and Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role located in Rishon LeZion, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers, managing procurement processes, coordinating orders, and ensuring timely delivery. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, negotiating supplier terms, and supporting inventory management.

Qualifications

• Customer Relations, Communication Skills, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Procurement and Supply Chain Management skills, including experience in global sourcing and negotiating with suppliers
• Basic knowledge of electronic components and understanding of technical requirements
• Strong organizational abilities and experience with inventory management
• Proficiency in software tools relevant to supply chain and customer management
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic environments
• Fluency in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal communication)
• Experience in a similar role and familiarity with High-Tech or related industries is an advantage
