Marketing Coordinator - 1201

Volta Solar, a leading company in the solar energy sector, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage and lead marketing processes as an integral part of the company's marketing strategy, working with the company's clients and various departments within the organization. This is a broad and diverse role.

Full-time position at our Petah Tikva offices, with flexibility for remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute projects according to the company's marketing strategy and take part in department initiatives
• Work regularly with sales, customer service, HR, and operations departments, and assist in creating tools to support business activities
• Manage communications and conduct negotiations with external vendors and service providers
• Create WOW experiences for the company's clients and employees in various aspects

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a project manager/coordinator at a leading advertising agency - Required
• Experience with software: AI, PS, ID - Advantage
• Experience managing social media and working with Facebook/Instagram - Advantage
• Experience leading end-to-end processes, productions, and projects
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and be goal-oriented
• Creative thinking, passion for building and innovating, ability to work independently alongside teamwork
