Job Description

• Providing guidance and support to end users during the go-live phase of the new SAP system
• Assisting with day-to-day system operations, issue handling, user training, and guidance on proper system usage
• Working in 24/7 shifts
• A project-based role (approximately one year), with the possibility of immediate start and continuation in additional projects
• Full flexibility to work across multiple sites (Central region / South / Rehovot)

Requirements

• Previous experience in SAP or Priority system implementation, or similar ERP systems – a significant advantage
• Strong service-oriented approach, patience, and ability to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
• Ability to learn quickly and understand organizational processes
• 12-hour shifts may be required depending on site needs
• Valid driver’s license
• Academic education – an advantage
