Job Description
- Providing guidance and support to end users during the go-live phase of the new SAP system
- Assisting with day-to-day system operations, issue handling, user training, and guidance on proper system usage
- Working in 24/7 shifts
- A project-based role (approximately one year), with the possibility of immediate start and continuation in additional projects
- Full flexibility to work across multiple sites (Central region / South / Rehovot)
Requirements
- Previous experience in SAP or Priority system implementation, or similar ERP systems – a significant advantage
- Strong service-oriented approach, patience, and ability to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
- Ability to learn quickly and understand organizational processes
- 12-hour shifts may be required depending on site needs
- Valid driver’s license
- Academic education – an advantage
