Qualifications
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills
- Experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, and budget management
- Communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with municipal operations and regulations is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant computer software and project management tools
- Fluency in Hebrew (spoken and written), with English as an additional asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field
