Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager in the Office of the Mayor at the Kiryat Motzkin Municipality. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of various municipal projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Responsibilities include managing resources, handling budgets, coordinating between departments, and providing regular progress updates. Additionally, the role involves leading meetings, maintaining records, and collaborating with stakeholders to address community needs and achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills
• Experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, and budget management
• Communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with municipal operations and regulations is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant computer software and project management tools
• Fluency in Hebrew (spoken and written), with English as an additional asset
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field
