for a leading healthcare organization

Role Description

Lead the organization’s information security domain end to end, including defining strategy, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

The role involves presenting security posture to senior management, conducting risk assessments and gap analyses, building annual and multi-year security plans, and overseeing the implementation of policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include managing cyber risks and security incidents, increasing organizational security awareness through training and drills, performing internal and external audits, securing technological infrastructures, managing supply chain risks, and developing business continuity plans.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in information security
• Proven experience leading projects and guiding technology teams in implementing security solutions
• Experience working in regulated environments and with security standards
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (ISO 27001, ISO 27799, Privacy Protection Regulations, etc.)
• Ability to monitor implementation of security requirements and provide hands-on guidance
