Director of Quality Control

We are seeking a QC Director to lead and manage the Quality Control laboratories (Analytical and Microbiological) at a leading manufacturing site in the Central District.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of QC laboratories, ensuring testing accuracy, efficiency, and full compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
• Lead data analysis, review results, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Ensure full compliance with international regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA).
• Lead preparations for and participation in regulatory and external audits.
• Support aseptic manufacturing processes, including in-process controls.
• Drive laboratory automation and process optimization initiatives.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of proven experience in senior QC management roles within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop analytical and microbiological QC teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
