We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Student Relations & Course Coordinator to join our training department based in Petah Tikva

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the company’s training and course operations, including scheduling, registration, attendance tracking, logistics, and administration
• Serve as the main point of contact and provide professional support to students, trainers, and managers throughout the training lifecycle
• Coordinate new course cycles and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders (educational institutions, vendors, instructors)
• Conduct on-site visits across the country for course openings, closures, and quality monitoring
• Generate reports, track performance, and analyze data
• Manage training calendars and digital course systems (LMS)
• Handle course budgets, supplier contracts, and invoice tracking
• Provide ongoing administrative support to the training and HR teams
  
  

• Proven experience in coordinating courses or training programs – required
• Experience in developing learning processes (e.g., syllabus , course plans)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel accross Israel – required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good level of English – required
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) – an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) – an advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Full-time position Availability for occasional non-standard working hours
• Company vehicle provided
